As we join hands and care for this house, we’re also giving to local efforts like Church Under the Bridge, who serve our homeless community. As well as ministries that go out and reach those entangled in sex trafficking. Together, we’re saying yes to being a church with a heart for God, for people, and for our city.
When Pastor Rob and the Shoreline team first dreamed of this building, they didn’t have all the answers or the resources, but what they did have was faith. They knew God was calling them to build a place where people could find hope, community, and an authentic encounter with Jesus.
Twenty years later, we’re living in the answer to those prayers. Heart for the City is our way of taking care of what God has given us and making sure this house stays strong for the generations to come.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Pray and ask God how He would want you to participate in the Into the Blue campaign with a gift over and above your regular giving.
Consider making it a faith gift. “Lord, I don’t have it now, but if you get it to me, I’ll make sure it gets through me to expand your cause.”
